Main Component:

Adopts industrial 96% high-purity alumina ceramic (Al₂O₃) substrate, integrally sintered by high-temperature static pressure process, with high density and near-zero water absorption.Optional mesh material: 304/316L stainless steel, titanium alloy, platinum-plated alloy. Firm bonding strength, no mesh falling off or oxidation under high-frequency high-voltage operation.

Insulation & Discharge Performance:

Room temperature volume resistivity ≥10¹⁴Ω·m, high dielectric strength, no creepage, electric leakage or abnormal spark under 4-6KV high voltage. Precision ground flat ceramic surface ensures uniform electric field distribution of metal mesh, stable ozone output and lower power consumption. Compared with coated ozone plates, this mesh type plate has lower discharge attenuation and double service life, matched with 13-20KHz standard ozone working frequency.

Metal Mesh Ozone Sheet

Metal mesh embedded ozone ceramic plates adopt high-purity alumina ceramic substrate with built-in metal mesh electrode structure, featuring stable dielectric strength, excellent thermal conductivity, outstanding ozone corrosion resistance, andstrong structural anti-breakage performance. The material is inert  to ozone, strong acids, alkalis and other corrosive media, adapting to long-term continuous high-voltage discharge working conditions.

A core highlight of metal mesh embedded ozone ceramic plates lies in its internal metal mesh integrated forming design. The built-in metal mesh is tightly bonded with the ceramic matrix, with a room-temperature volume resistivity higher than 10¹⁴ Ω·m and breakdown voltage up to 12–18kV/mm, which effectively avoids electrode falling off, local high-voltage breakdown and discharge short-circuit faults of ozone generators. It owns a low thermal expansion coefficient (7.0–9.0×10⁻⁶/℃),delivering excellent high-temperature dimensional stability; the dense ceramic surface is wear-resistant, paired with uniform discharge characteristics to ensure stable ozone output. The material features superior chemical stability against ozone strong oxidation environment, acid and alkali erosion, non-toxic and pollution-free, fully compliant with water treatment and food disinfection application requirements.

Question: Can you produce based on customers’ drawings or physical samples?

Answer: Absolutely yes. We accept technical drawings in all mainstream file formats as well as actual physical samples. Before formal production, our engineering team will provide a full professional DFM feasibility evaluation for your reference.

Question: How long is the production lead time for custom orders?

Answer: Sample lead time: 3–7 working days. Custom mold lead time: 5–10 working days (we will confirm the cycle separately with you for complex molds). Mass production lead time: 7–20 working days, depending on product structure complexity and order quantity.
