Insulation & Discharge Performance:
Room temperature volume resistivity ≥10¹⁴Ω·m, high dielectric strength, no creepage, electric leakage or abnormal spark under 4-6KV high voltage. Precision ground flat ceramic surface ensures uniform electric field distribution of metal mesh, stable ozone output and lower power consumption. Compared with coated ozone plates, this mesh type plate has lower discharge attenuation and double service life, matched with 13-20KHz standard ozone working frequency.

The built-in metal mesh is tightly bonded with the ceramic matrix, with a room-temperature volume resistivity higher than 10¹⁴ Ω·m and breakdown voltage up to 12–18kV/mm, which effectively avoids electrode falling off, local high-voltage breakdown and discharge short-circuit faults of ozone generators.
