1.1 Product Basic Introduction

Our porous ceramic atomization core heating element is a core functional accessory specially developed for portable and household health atomizing devices. As shown in the picture, each unit consists of a compact white porous ceramic main body and two insulated conductive lead wires for power connection. It adopts one-piece co-firing molding technology, combining liquid absorption, constant temperature heating and fine mist output functions in a single component. Compared with traditional cotton wick and separate metal heating wire accessories, this ceramic heating core removes easily damaged organic materials, focusing on long-lasting stable mist output for daily wellness atomizing equipment.

1.2 Ceramic atomization Core Main Features

Ceramic base material has strong affinity for oil, atomized particles are more delicate, and inhalation is smoother. The purity of the taste and the-hit feeling are significantly optimized. During the heating process, its temperature will rise faster, with better temperature uniformity and more precise temperature range control. This can greatly reduce the production of aldehyde and ketone substances during use, thus ensuring safety during use.And to a greater extent reduce the smell of scorching; Ceramic materials have strong capillary action,so ceramic atomizing cores have a stable and efficient liquid guiding and locking function, which significantly improves the atomization efficiency. The ceramic matrix owns dense interconnected micro pores with consistent size. Reliable capillary tension can evenly guide liquid medium to the heating surface, no liquid leakage, flow blockage or uneven liquid supply even when the device is placed at an inclined angle. The pore density is professionally calibrated to balance liquid absorption speed and atomization effect, effectively reducing overflow and dry heating risks during continuous working.

2.2 Integrated Heating Integration Design

The heating circuit and ceramic body are sintered into an integrated whole without loose bonding layers. Heat spreads uniformly over the entire atomizing surface, avoiding local overheating and residual carbon accumulation. Dual
