Soft silicone rubber protective case is an eco-friendly flexible protective accessory manufactured by liquid silicone compression molding or injection molding process. It takes high-purity food-grade liquid silicone as the core raw material, which is polymerized from silica-based silicone raw materials through high-temperature vulcanization molding.
Silicone material belongs to inorganic polymer material, stable in natural environment, widely used for protective packaging of portable handheld electronic equipment. After precision mold opening, high-temperature vulcanization, deburring and surface matte finishing, silicone raw materials are processed into integrated fully-enclosed protective sleeves, which can perfectly fit the outer contour of 3C equipment. This product is globally applied in consumer electronics, industrial measuring instruments, medical portable equipment and smart terminal industries.
Based on raw material grades, silicone protective cases are mainly divided into industrial-grade silicone, food-grade silicone and medical-grade silicone three categories.
