1.1 Definition and Working Principle
This portable ozone generator is a compact sterilization and deodorization equipment adopting corona discharge technology. Taking ambient air as raw material, the machine applies high voltage to break oxygen molecules in the air. Split oxygen atoms recombine with other oxygen molecules to form ozone (O₃).
When ozone is released into closed spaces, its strong oxidizing property breaks the molecular structure of odor molecules, mold, bacteria and viruses. It destroys the cell structure of microorganisms to realize sterilization, and decomposes organic odor sources at the molecular level. 2. SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
WARNING:
Ozone is an irritant gas. High concentration ozone will irritate respiratory tract, eyes and mucous membranes. Do NOT stay in the working room while the machine operates. Re-enter the area only after full ventilation.
- This machine is for professional closed-space treatment only. Not for use by children.
- All people, pets, birds and aquatic animals must leave the treatment space before startup.
- Do not use the unit under high temperature, heavy humidity, flammable, explosive or corrosive surroundings.
- Do not block air inlet and air outlet. Keep ventilation openings unobstructed to avoid overheating.
- Do not touch internal components or insert metal objects into the fan cavity to prevent electric shock.
- Disconnect power supply before maintenance. Do not touch power plug with wet hands.
- Never spray water directly onto the machine or soak the whole unit in liquid.
- Turn off power and unplug if the machine will not be used for a long time.
- If abnormal noise, burning smell or failure occurs, stop using it immediately and contact your supplier.

Q: Does ozone remove stains or nicotine deposits?
A: No. Ozone does not remove physical stains or deposits. It can only reduce the odour associated with a given substance without removing its physical form.
Q: Is a smell resembling chlorine or bleach normal?
A: During operation, the device generates ozone, which sometimes smells like chlorine. This is normal and occurs during operation of the device.
