Product details
The 95 % alumina ceramic spark ignitions are widely used in ignition devise of combustion machine, boiler, etc. The electrode length can be produced according to customer requirements , the ceramic parts of electrode needle can be assembled according to the different requirements of customers.
All kinds of pipeline gas, liquefied petroleum gas, natural gas and electrical water heater, stove, gas oven ect with similar purpose.
Ceramic igniter made of core very high temperature heat, the surface of a generation of corrosion oxidation film, even at 1250 degrees centigrade, all sorts of function are not changing.
Ceramic igniter very can be in temperatures of up to 1250 degrees Celsius continuous use.
Ceramic igniter from warming-a cooling-warming-cooling heating up again-several times repeatedly, the same hard, the same crisp, and does not affect other all sorts of performance.

Teflon wire performance characteristics:
- 1. It has excellent electrical insulation performance, high voltage resistance, low high frequency loss, no moisture absorption, and large insulation resistance;
- 2. It has excellent corrosion resistance, almost insoluble in any organic solvents, and can resist oil, strong acid, strong alkali, strong oxidant, etc.;
- 3. It has excellent flame resistance, aging resistance and long service life.
The Pilot Assembly parts include the injector, 30 mV thermocouple/750 mV thermopile (depending on model), electrode, ignition wire, pilot tubing, and bracket.
They are used in various natural and LP gas-fired equipment, ensuring that the main burner’s flame is properly and safely formed and does not go out when the appliance is in use.
They are classified as thermoelectric-type safety devices or ion-detection safety devices.
- It is a normal part of the ignition system for the gas home appliance.
- It is assembled with high temperature igniter to be a ignition system.
- It has four parts: ceramic, electrode pin, high temperature wire, terminal.
Features of alumina ceramic electrode ignitor needle:
- 1. It has the advantages of quick ignition, aging resistance, high temperature resistance, strong electrical conductivity, long service life and high insulation strength.
- 2. Ceramic body is resistant to high temperature and high pressure of alumina ceramics, glaze, good hardness, not easy to wear, stable chemical performance.
- 3. The electrode is Ni80Cr20 nickel chromium wire, 0Cr25Al5, 0Cr21Al6 iron chromium aluminum and imported high temperature resistance wire, core material , temperature more than 1100-1500 degrees, etc. According to the different needs of customers, the electrode wire can be equipped with : ocr25al5 material , the temperature resistance limit is about 1200 degrees , the use of cr27al 7mo2 material will increase the product's life more than 10 times, the temperature resistance limit is about 1350 degrees.Customers can choose materials according to demand.

- The series of ignition needle for fuel gas burner
- The series of ignition needle for ordinary cooker unit
- The series of ignition needle for gas barbecue oven
- The series of ignition needle for fuel gas water heater
Widely used in gas stove, oven, oven, gas stove, etc., all kinds of combustion machine, boiler, food machinery and other ignition device in the ignition rod accessories.
Ignition pin for household stove, Hotel commercial ignition stick, Burner ignition stick, Burner ignition stick,Water heater ignition pin, Gas stove ignition pin , Boiler and water heater water level electrode , Various industrial burners and spark plug.
These devices are the key components of the burner, and the ignition needle (ignition electrode) plays a core role in initiating the combustion program within it. In the single burner device at the top , the ignition needle precisely releases an electric spark, instantly igniting the fuel-air mixture. With its high-temperature resistance and anti-oxidation properties, it stably triggers combustion , providing an initial fire source for industrial heating, drying and other scenarios. In the multiple combined combustion systems below, the ignition needles work in coordination, orderly igniting each fuel line to ensure stable combustion in large-scale and continuous production. Whether it is the high-temperature requirements of ceramic firing or the precise flame control in chemical heating, the ignition needles , with their reliable ignition performance.
