Alumina ceramics are inorganic non-metallic materials crafted from alumina (Al₂O₃) as the primary raw material, produced via forming and high-temperature sintering—typically at 1600-1750°C. A key attribute is that their properties shift notably with rising alumina purity.
I. 95% Alumina Ceramic (95% Al₂O₃ Ring)
  • 1. As the most widely used medium-high purity alumina ceramic in industry, it contains approximately 95% Al₂O₃, with the remaining 5% consisting of sintering aids like silicon dioxide (SiO₂), magnesium oxide (MgO), and calcium oxide (CaO) .
